Celebrating 75 Years of
Myers Park High School
2026 marks a historic milestone for Myers Park High School as we celebrate the 75th anniversary of the school’s opening. For three quarters of a century, Myers Park has stood as a cornerstone of academic excellence and opportunity in Charlotte, shaping generations of students who have gone on to lead, innovate, and serve their communities with distinction.
The Myers Park High School Foundation will host a week long celebration in September 2026 for students, staff, community, and alumni. On Saturday, September 26, all will be welcomed on campus to celebrate the legacy of Myers Park High School Mustangs.
Art for the Park
Art for the Park is the signature fundraising event for the Myers Park High School Foundation. Money raised through this annual event’s raffle and live and silent auctions supports the Foundation’s programs and mission of enhancing the educational experience of Myers Park students by expanding opportunity, addressing unmet needs and funding innovation.
Annual Luncehon
The annual Myers Park Foundation luncheon celebrates the Foundation's mission and current programming. It's an opportunity for alumni, faculty, students, and community members to connect and learn about the Foundation's work in enhancing the educational experience at Myers Park High School.
